At 33G, this is the finest and gentlest gauge in the EasyTouch Twist Lancet lineup, thinner than the 30G and even the 32G option. That fine tip is built for one priority above all: minimizing what you feel at the moment of the stick. It's a common choice for anyone testing several times a day, for children, or for adults with especially sensitive fingertip skin who find thicker gauges genuinely uncomfortable over repeated daily use.

The trade-off runs the other way from the 28G: a 33G puncture draws a smaller blood drop, so it sometimes takes a gentle warm-up (washing hands in warm water, letting the arm hang down for a moment before testing) to get a sufficient sample without squeezing hard. For most routine glucose checks, that's a small step; if you consistently need to squeeze more than feels reasonable to get enough blood, a slightly thicker gauge like 30G or 28G may serve you better.

Features & Benefits:

  • 33G, the finest gauge in the EasyTouch Twist Lancet line: built for minimal discomfort and micro-sample testing
  • Sterile, single-use: twist-off cap keeps the point covered and sterile until use
  • Fits most standard lancing devices
  • Latex-free
  • Triple-bevel cut for a cleaner, gentler puncture at this gauge
  • Bilingual packaging, color-coded by gauge for quick identification

Need a slightly larger sample without a big jump in sensation? Compare 33G against 32G, or step up to 30G or 28G if you need a more reliable draw on thicker skin, or read Arpovo's full guide to choosing a lancet gauge for a side-by-side breakdown of all four.
